Waterford Youth Arts is proud to present our annual
Christmas Play for this year, The Christmas Wish.
The play will be performed by the 15 to 19 year old
members of WYA under the skilled guidance of Martina Collender who is the
director and writer of this fantastic piece.
These talented young members are burning the midnight oil
to give the performance of a lifetime, going to rehearsals three times a week
to perfect this performance and countless hours of practise at home. Martina is
a skilled playwright in her own right and very experienced in her field as she
wrote for Red Kettle Theatre and the Comeragh Mountains Festival before joining
WYA.
This play can be seen in at The Arch on Wednesday the
20th and Thursday the 21st of December. Tickets are five euro’s per person and fifteen euro’s for a family of four.
Tickets can be bought on Eventbrite; however spaces are
limited so it would be best to buy yours as soon as possible. The show
starts at 8 pm sharp so be there early to avoid disappointment.
